The Founder
Seddik Abdelmeguid is the founder and Managing Director of Pentapyramid, FZ LLC.
Formerly the CHRO for Americana Group’ Restaurants Division, His sphere of expertise encompasses Strategic Business Partnership, Leadership Development and building the right culture. Before joining Americana Seddik was heading the Training & Development for Cairo Nile Hilton & Hilton Taba in Egypt.
Seddik has spoken at several international conferences & conventions and facilitated leadership programs in many countries. With more than 20 years of extensive experience in both Operations and HR, Seddik have received several citations from international bodies such as People Builder, Training Excellence Meritorious Award from YUM! International and Global HR Excellence Award from Arcil Premier ARC to name a few. Seddik also is the Author of “Building your Pentapyramid Life” book.
