7. Product Purchases (e.g., Books) For physical products purchased directly from Pentapyramid, such as books, delivery will be handled by a third-party shipping provider. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase and can vary based on your location. We aim to dispatch all in-stock products within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before you finalize your purchase. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that Pentapyramid is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or for lost or damaged goods once they have been handed over to the shipping provider.
